Sorry for the late reply, yes totally worth it, I forgot to reply to @tommy about what happened (thanks for the help). The support very nice and gave me compensation over and above what it cost me. The only thing I would tell you is that when I did it was early January and they were still very busy, now in December it must be even worse, so it's very likely they will take a while to get back to you.

I have news! unfortunately the promotional gift didn't arrive 😭 and I didn't get a different one either, so do you know where I have to write to get a compensation?

I have already placed the order, you were right I let me add the promotional code, let's see if I'm lucky. By the way, if finally nothing arrives there is nothing I can do?
