I'm glad you had us on your radar 🙂. The Venator is a great purchase, really enjoy the whole building experience, it's truly amazing and makes for an excellent display model. I hope you share more with us once you receive it! Regarding storage, I currently use a wall shelf for smaller models, and for larger ones, I have a shelf with glass panels. However, a piece of advice would be to measure the depth you need accurately; I made that mistake myself. If you plan on starting a collection, it might be a good idea to look into furniture that allows you to optimize the space you have available. Besides, it's one of those lifetime investments... for larger models, shelves with ample depth, display cabinets (though they can get quite pricey), and if you're handy, perhaps you can build something customized. Definitely not the case for most of us (myself included).

I love the front of the car, they have used a very interesting technique to do it.

Thanks for mentioning me, on the subject, sometimes it does seem like it, recently we've had some high price range sets that didn't make much sense.... I agree very much with @bearblock reflection, no doubt they are focusing on another audience and with that leaving aside some important factors we were used to in the sets, but even with that premise, I still think they are massifying too much and with that also "boycotting" their own releases, they put LEGO fans in the position of having to choose very carefully which set to buy and the typical "you'll buy this other set later" doesn't happen, because they just release another set that you like more and again puts you in the position of having to choose and prioritize one. I think the recent discontinuation of Mindstorms is a great example of what can happen when you saturate with expensive releases, the sales of many sets can plummet, let's see if they learn about this and we notice a change of direction soon.

I've already voted for my favourite, I hope it will help you to choose, but yeah definitely very different themes 😆

Definitely if you liked it (that's the most important thing) I would recommend it, it looks really good, currently I think it's in my top 3 sets of this first wave of 2022.

Yeah, it's been years! I really want to see LEGO Formula 1 cars again, I don't care if it's Speed Champions or Technic 😬
