It's a bit hard to see, but I'd say it's the minifigure scale penguins, probably no 27987, they're hard to get, as I don't think there's a specific set that carries several of them.

I mean everything is going up in price, this is just another bad news about this thing, anyway I think +35% in the case of some sets is too much.
Apparently they say that they have been holding prices for some time during the pandemic, so it is not only due to inflation, but rather to a cumulative effect of these 2-3 years.
