What are your thoughts on the LEGO Technic Ultimate Series 2022?

As usual since 2016, every two years we have a new model of the LEGO Technic Ultimate Series, in 2022 it will be two years since the last release in 2020 when LEGO surprised us with the spectacular and unforgettable Lamborghini Sián FKP 37.

To recap a bit let's review the LEGO Technic Ultimate Series models in recent years. It should be noted that all of them belong to brands belonging to the VW group, if you wonder why it is due to an agreement between LEGO and the VW group.

2016: LEGO Technic Porsche 911 GT3 RS

2018: LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron

2020: LEGO Technic Lamborghini Sián FKP 37

2022: LEGO Technic ???????

Do you have any ideas or proposals for the 2022 model?

Any Ferrari model in particular? Wow the Mercedes AMG One is simply amazing, I would also like it to be the chosen one.

Probably something from the VW group is the easiest and most likely (?)

It's likely (Porsche, Bugatti and Lamborghini are from the VW group so 100% of the models in this series are from them) although you never know, I don't think a series like this is going to be in the VW group forever.

Although in case it is another brand of the VW group here I leave the possible ones

It is difficult, I would love to see a Ferrari Laferrari although maybe it is "old" and it is rumored that very soon they will release a new hypercar...

Seeing that list of brands I think it is very possible that LEGO explores outside the VW group, I mean only Audi remains to appear and it's been many years since they launched a hypercar or similar and they would never make sets of prototype cars. Now I have even more hype!

I had never seen that car until the presentation of Forza Horizon 5, I don't know if you have seen it but it's the cover car and also appears in the launch videos

It would be awesome if they made a LEGO Technic version 🤩

Yes, I think it's too late for the LaFerrari, at the time it would have been ideal but unfortunately this series came out later :(

It could be that they will finally look outside the VW group, if this finally happens it opens up an infinite range of possibilities, we will have to keep an eye on the rumours.

I am not sure if it will be released in 2022, it is certain that it should.... Does anyone remember when the teaser of the previous models came out?

Well, the first wave of sets 2022 is already being released, nothing about Speed Champions we will have to wait for the next wave? Does anyone know when it is or should be?
