In my case the first LEGO set I had was the 2002 LEGO City Police Headquarters - 6636, to be exact, a big one!

That's a cool one, it's rare to see a LEGO City set without the logo, at that time they didn't have it yet, I think they put it from 2003 on.
My first set was the LEGO City 7240 Fire Station, I can't quite remember if it's from 2004 or 2005, either one I think.

Haha, I wish I could but no, at some point I used the pieces and I haven't been able to put it back together.

My first set was AT-TE (4482) from LEGO Star Wars, I don't know what year it was
My first set was LEGO Agents, I really enjoyed that theme! The particular set was 8634: Turbocar Chase
Agents definitely had very good sets, I remember the truck and the boat quite well. Quite original builds in general :)
