Will Brickrr admins participate? They are the most active so it's easy to know who will winThe members of the team (admins and moderators) will not participate actively in the event in order not to distort the results, they are aware of this. So don't worry about that.

What about digital reward codes from the LEGO Store?I haven't had the chance to test it, but seeing what happens with physical promo codes, with digital promo codes I don't think there will be any problem.
Oh I'm sorry, sure, write from here to contact the customer service, explain that finally you didn't receive any rewards, and they will take care of giving you a solution. Remember if you do it by email you must write from the same email with which you have your LEGO account, so they can verify that you are the owner of the account.
