Esta semana, en la sección #iotw (IDEA of The Week), tenemos el placer de revisar el proyecto "The Clock Tower Park" del exitoso diseñador Jiwoo, dos veces galardonado con la insignia de los 10k votos, gracias a sus anteriores proyectos "The Opera" y "The Library".

¡En esta ocasión Jiwoo nos presenta un nuevo proyecto llamado "The Clock Tower Park" una idea que quiere convertirse en el punto de referencia de las ciudades de LEGO, donde el hermoso y refrescante sonido de una campana y las frescas corrientes de la fuente llaman al romance, y el sonido de los pájaros cantando en los árboles de arce!

En este increíble parque no solo podrás conocer la impresionante antigua torre del reloj, sino también podrás visitar la estatua del artesano que la construyó con una larga historia en los árboles de arce, y la hermosa fuente que arroja agua fresca.

Su diseñador nos cuenta que este proyecto se inició con el objetivo de llevar el romance a su ciudad de LEGO con una atmósfera ligeramente rígida, y que mejor forma de hacerlo que este hermoso parque con la torre del reloj, la fuente y los arces que cualquiera quisiera encontrar y venir.

Como podemos ver en las imágenes, el "The Clock Tower Park" está formado por la antigua torre del reloj, la estatua del artesano, la elegante fuente y los bancos donde la gente puede sentarse y relajarse entre los arces.

La Torre del Reloj, tiene una combinación de colores tostados, negros y dorados, con un diseño antiguo y elegante en general, consta de cuatro plantas y un tejado, con relojes en los cuatro lados y una campana en la parte superior. En su interior podemos encontrar, que está conectado por escaleras desde la primera planta hasta la planta del reloj y la campana. En la planta del reloj y la campana hay una sala de control para gestionar el funcionamiento del reloj y varios equipos electrónicos.

Gracias a su estructura completamente modular, la torre del reloj puede dividirse en plantas para que se pueda ver el interior de cada una de ellas, además, los laterales de cada planta pueden abrirse para que se pueda ver fácilmente el interior sin necesidad de dividir la torre del reloj en plantas, para un fácil acceso.

En el exterior de la construcción, nos encontramos con uno de los elementos más llamativos, la fuente, que cuenta con una combinación de colores tostados, blancos y dorados, consiguiendo un diseño antiguo y elegante en general. La Fuente además consta de un total de tres plantas, y el agua de la planta superior baja a lo largo de cada planta y se bombea de nuevo a la parte superior para que circule.

IOTW #5 - The Clock Tower Park

This week, in the IOTW (IDEA of The Week) section, we have the pleasure to review the project "The Clock Tower Park" by the successful designer Jiwoo, twice awarded with the 10k votes badge, thanks to his previous projects "The Opera" and "The Library".

This time Jiwoo presents a new project called "The Clock Tower Park" an idea that wants to become the landmark of LEGO cities, where the beautiful and refreshing sound of a bell and the cool streams of the fountain call for romance, and the sound of birds singing in the maple trees!

In this amazing park you can not only see the impressive old clock tower, but also visit the statue of the craftsman who built it with a long history in the maple trees, and the beautiful fountain spouting fresh water.

Its designer tells us that this project was started with the aim of bringing romance to his LEGO city with a slightly stiff atmosphere, and what better way to do it than this beautiful park with the clock tower, the fountain and the maple trees that anyone would want to find and come.

As we can see in the pictures, "The Clock Tower Park" consists of the old clock tower, the statue of the craftsman, the elegant fountain and the benches where people can sit and relax among the maple trees.

The Clock Tower, which has a combination of tan, black and gold colours, with an old and elegant overall design, consists of four floors and a roof, with clocks on all four sides and a bell on top. Inside we can find that it is connected by stairs from the first floor to the clock and bell floor. On the clock and bell floor there is a control room to manage the operation of the clock and various electronic equipment.

Thanks to its completely modular structure, the clock tower can be divided into floors so that the interior of each floor can be seen, and the sides of each floor can be opened so that the interior can be easily seen without the need to divide the clock tower into floors, for easy access.

On the outside of the building, we find one of the most striking elements, the fountain, which has a combination of tan, white and gold colours, achieving an antique and elegant design in general. The fountain also has a total of three floors, and the water from the upper floor flows down along each floor and is pumped back up to the top to circulate.

Esta semana, en la sección IOTW (IDEA of The Week), tenemos el placer de revisar el proyecto "Community" del exitoso diseñador @bulldoozer, que en esta ocasión nos trae una idea inspirada en la conocida serie Community (muy recomendada por cierto 😉)

Este set basado en el Greendale Community College, trata de rememorar algunos de los momentos más icónicos de la serie, desde las épicas batallas de paintball y fuertes de almohadas, hasta naves espaciales fritas en Kentucky y todo lo demás.

Además, su diseñador se ha esmerado en detalle con los numerosos huevos de pascua ocultos y referencias a los episodios más queridos, este set permitirá a los fans construir y revivir los momentos favoritos de la serie.

En estas aventuras te acompañarán las minifiguras de Jeff, Britta, Annie, Shirley, Pierce, Troy, Abed, Dean Pelton y Chang en su recorrido por la institución educativa más alocada del mundo. ¿Son todos ellos minifiguras LEGO reales o esto sólo está ocurriendo en la mente de Abed? Nadie puede saberlo con seguridad.

Acerca de Community

Community es una serie de comedia creativa de meta-humor que ha sido calificada constantemente como uno de los programas más inventivos y originales de la historia de la televisión. IOTW #4 - Community

This week, in the IOTW (IDEA of The Week) section, we have the pleasure of reviewing the "Community" project by the successful designer @bulldoozer, who this time brings us an idea inspired by the well-known series Community (which by the way, I personally recommend it 😉).

This set, based on Greendale Community College, tries to recall some of the most iconic moments of the series, from epic paintball battles and pillow forts, to fried spaceships in Kentucky and everything in between.

In addition, its designer has gone into great detail with the numerous hidden easter eggs and references to beloved episodes, this set will allow fans to build and relive their favourite moments from the series.

You can hang out with the gang in Group F's study room, try out new costumes in the Dean's office or search for your lost stuff in the ventilation system. Along the way you can storm Fort Hawthorne, jump over fiery lava, avoid a zombie apocalypse or escape your evil doppelgangers from the darkest timeline - the possibilities are endless!

On these adventures you'll be joined by minifigures Jeff, Britta, Annie, Shirley, Pierce, Troy, Abed, Dean Pelton and Chang as they journey through the world's craziest educational institution. Are they all real LEGO minifigures or is this just happening in Abed's mind? No one can know for sure.

About Community

Community is a creative, meta-humor comedy series that has been consistently ranked as one of the most inventive and original shows in television history. While it may appear to be a simple comedy set at a community college, it is actually a densely-layered series that subverts expectations of what a sitcom is and can be. Each episode is like a mini-movie that explores and parodies the tropes of pop culture and cinema.
