I have a similar situation, in the end what happened @Arata it's worth to contact the customer service?
Sorry for the late reply, yes totally worth it, I forgot to reply to @Tommy about what happened (thanks for the help). The support very nice and gave me compensation over and above what it cost me.
The only thing I would tell you is that when I did it was early January and they were still very busy, now in December it must be even worse, so it's very likely they will take a while to get back to you.
