    How the hell are you going to make a large lego city without baseplates? I think it's a basic element, it would be a bad joke if they remove them....

    If you don't want to spend a fortune, Ikea is probably your best friend to achieve this, especially if you live in Europe.

    The title is probably the most accurate thing I've read in a long time, the Hogwarts Express Collectors' Edition is a great example of making something unnecessarily big just to make it expensive and because there were already sets exactly like it lmao.

    I would have liked it too, in fact I supported the project you linked, I have no idea why it never happened, I think that maybe the more adult humor of Futurama didn't seem right to the LEGO people.....
